Ways To Help
We do not have a physical shelter, so our greatest need is foster homes. The number of foster homes we have determines how many dogs we can help. We will not commit to a dog unless we have a foster home to place them in. If you have ever thought about fostering, please see our Fostering page for more information. It's a rewarding experience that you will not regret!
If fostering is not right for you, but you would still like to help, we also need volunteers to do:
-
Home visits - part of our adoption screening process includes visiting the homes of potential adopters. Don't worry!! We'll train you.
-
Transports - we often need help driving dogs to vet appointments or from the shelter to their foster homes.
-
Fundraising - this is not something we actively do that often, but we welcome ideas and leadership.
